History[]
Chapter 2[]

Kirino answers that though the request has already been sent to Miya, it cannot be facilitated yet because contact with the transport carrying the necessary medical supplies was lost.

The SKY youths letting Unit 13 pass, knowing fully well that they don't stand a chance.
Unit 13 is then mobilized to locate the supply truck, which was last traced around Ueno. After getting the appropriate directions from their assigned navigator, the trio proceeds to the expressway. Some SKY youths emerged in Line 1 to bar their passage, claiming that the Ueno area is part of their territory. Upon realizing that they were face-to-face with the Murakumo crew that sent them packing back in Shibuya, the youths clear the path out of fear, but were confident that their bosses would do something about it.

Neko and Daigo facing off with Unit 13.
Neko and Daigo were also at the scene, involved in a scuffle with the SDF soldier who was driving the supply truck. They claim that they only wanted to negotiate at first, but it escalated into a fight because the driver wouldn't listen. Unit 13 intervenes, confirming Daigo's suspicions that the driver was one of them. He later declares that SKY also has their problems, and though he doesn't want to resort to theft and violent methods, feels that there's no other way. The SKY members then face off with Unit 13.

Unit 13 giving the medicine to Neko.
The Murakumo operatives prevail, dealing just enough damage to make the two lose the will to fight. In desperation, Daigo implores the group to give them at least some of the medical supplies, as there are also injured and sick people among SKY's ranks. The driver then hands Unit 13 a portion of the goods, leaving the decision up to them. The navigator also promises to keep it a secret from their higher-ups. For Unit 13's part, the choice was obvious. They can pass the medicine to either Neko or Daigo.

Takehaya telling Unit 13 that they might meet again.
Takehaya soon appears, claiming to have witnessed the events at Ikebukuro. Though the operation was a filthy one with methods typical of that "old hag", Takehaya was nonetheless impressed at Unit 13 for having been able to take down two Emperor Dragons.
Before leaving with Neko and Daigo, Takehaya tells Unit 13 that they are bound to meet again since there is a possibility that they might be the ones that Aytel has been searching for.

For a group that tussles with dragons on a regular basis, lifting a truck is no big deal.
At the start of Chapter 4, an SDF soldier named Tonami will send out a quest asking for help in searching for a supply truck that could not be contacted and was considered missing. Tonami's main concern was not so much the goods, but his comrades who manned said transport. He informs Unit 13 that best area to start the search would be the Capital Expressway. The group arrives in time to help the soldiers defeat a golem monster, but they soon run into a problem as the vehicle was turned to its side by the attack. The soldiers consider leaving it behind for the time being to field another one, but Unit 13 decides to try lifting it. Despite consisting of just three members, they were able to right the truck's orientation by themselves.
Unfortunately, the engine was also busted and would not start. Unit 13 pointed out that as long as the wheels were moving, there's probably another way. The SDF soldiers then get the harebrained idea to push the truck from their current location in Ueno all the way to the Metropolitan Government Building in Shinjuku, which they somehow manage to accomplish with Unit 13's help.
