Elan (エラン) is the guild master in Kazan. She works as a receptionist and allows the player to manage their guild members.

By the request from Dohris, Elan is a retired adventurer who now administrates the guild management in Kazan. Throughout the game she keeps a close eye on Kingsblade, in particular Nestor, and worries about them overworking themselves.
She can be extremely threatening, as shown in the sub-event Rival Guild (ライバルギルド).

After the retreat to Miross, Elan comes up with a plan how to recapture Kazan from the dragons.
