Jack Muller (ジャック・ミュラー) is a supporting character who appeared in 7th Dragon 2020.
He was the President of the United States under the Temporary Governing Body established after the dragon invasion in the year 2020.

In the end, he entrusted the future to the Murakumo organization. Jack Muller was the President of the United States of America in 2020. Before the dragon invasion, he gained valuable information about them from a woman named Emel, whom he later appointed as his aide and Secretary Of Defense. He converted the Federal government system into a Temporary Governing Body and kept in constant contact with allies all over the world throughout the dragon hunting campaign, including Japan.

Though the U.S. forces were able to wipe out all 7 Emperor Dragons occupying their territory, they were caught unaware by the sudden assault of the Human-Dragon Hybrid Mizuchi. In her rampage, Mizuchi wiped out almost 90% of the U.S. population, leaving President Muller with no choice but to contact the Pentagon and enact a full-scale nuclear missile strike around the country. Before doing so, he orders his closest aides Emel and David Griffith to evacuate along with the rest of the presidental staff and the few survivors that were left.
He remained in the White House and was inevitably caught up in the missile strike blasts, fervently praying for humanity's victory against the dragons in his final moments.

- Though he maintains a serious presence all throughout the story, President Muller mentions in jest that he regrets not being able to go out with Emel on a date as he orders them to evacuate prior to the missile strike.
- In the Visual Collection's group illustration, the late President Muller and incumbent President Griffith are featured as just mughots, similar to how absentee students are integrated into class photographs.
