Miroku (initially introduced as NAV 3.6) is a supporting character who first appeared in 7th Dragon 2020. He is one of two Navigators for Murakumo alongside his sister Miina.

Was originally an S-Class designer baby created by Natsume with processing capabilities that exceed that of a computer's. He later served as navigator for Unit 13 in the two dragon wars that occurred in 2020 and 2021. Though he exudes the vibe of a reliable partner during missions, he shows a more childlike side as befitting a youth his age when off-duty. | ” |

7th Dragon 2020[]
NAV 3.6 first appears in Chapter 1.5 where he is a mandatory navigator. The leader will later be made to choose which of the two siblings will serve as Unit 13's main navigator, and there is also an option to completely rename him or Miina.
The twin not selected will be assigned instead to Unit 10.
It is later revealed that Miina and Miroku were both subjects of a genetic experiment by Natsume Hikasa, giving them superior processing and analytical skills. This comes at a price though, as it only allows them to live for a certain number of years.

- His NAV number is not to be confused with a version ID, as he shares the same skills as his sister Miina (aka NAV 3.7).
- His given nickname Miroku is taken from a goroai pronunciation of the numbers 3 and 6 in Japanese.
- When one of the two Navigators is selected in 7th Dragon 2020, the player will only be able to select the chosen Navigator for Dates. In 7th Dragon 2020-II, both Navis can be invited to dates.
