Odaiba, now known as the Odaiba Frozen Sea City (台場・拾参号氷海, daiba juu-san gou hyoukai) is a location in 7th Dragon 2020.

This area was later occupied by the Emperor Dragon Zero Blue. Said dragon's ability to harness sub-zero temperatures transformed it into a frozen mountain where time seems to have stopped in that very instant.
